Fees
Management Fee: The product will charge a management fee, calculated as an annual management fee rate of the initial deposit assets. The management fee will be charged per block by timestamp.
Performance Fee: The product will charge a performance fee based on excess returns, calculated as a performance fee rate of the appreciation in the daily Net Asset Value above the high-water mark. The performance fee will be charged based on the Net Asset Value daily.
High-water mark: A high-water mark is the highest value of the trading product ever achieved at a performance fee crystallization date, net of fees. A high-water mark clause states that the product must recuperate declines in value from the high-water mark before performance fees can be charged on newly generated profits. The use of high-water marks protects users from paying twice for the same performance.
Entrance Fee: The fee is charged when users deposit into the product. The entrance fee can be defined as a percentage of the initial deposit assets by the user.
Exit Fee: The exit fee is charged when users withdraw from the product. The exit fee can be defined as a percentage of the assets under management during withdrawal.
Gas Fee: Interacting with Onebit Finance requires transactions on-chain, and the blockchain usage fees depend on the network status and complexity. Please note that all the calculations on Onebit Finance are based on the asset amount received net of the gas fee.
